No matter if you are 18 years old or 38 years old we all have a problem getting up in the morning. Eventually everyone gets up, (god willing) but here is a little guide on how to do so with more grace.







MAKE IT OR BREAK IT

Behavioral scientists say that it takes the normal human mind to make or break a habit in 21-days. So that could be anything to not biting your nails to even you guessed it waking up earlier!

Involving more people in your goal will make someone hold you accountable which is good for a constant, sometimes annoying way to get something done




DON'T HIT THE SNOOZE

Hitting snooze can sometimes be a sort of routine thing to do and it makes you lose time in the day you could've been doing something else, like reading this article.


WAKE UP TO WORK OUT

Waking up to work out creates a sense of urgency as well as giving you a morning routine that will kinda guilt trip you if you don't complete.

Staying hydrated makes your body relieve any toxins in the body that might be lurking in your body. Also, scientists report that staying hydrated improves cognitive focus as well as gorrgyness in the morning.
